Our Fitness Kickboxing class is not necessarily a self defense class; however we do teach proper striking form, equipping you with power, form and confidence to ‘hold your own’ if you had to.
Our Kickboxing class is the perfect compliment to our Krav Maga, self defense class. It allows you to repeat strikes over and over and gain necessary muscle memory for self defense. It also increases your endurance to better prepare for a self defense situation.
