“I don’t particularly like to exercise, but I LOVE kickboxing. Kickboxing is unique in that the basic moves are learned quickly, but the faster you go and harder you hit the greater the intensity of the workout. Kickboxing allows me to feel powerful and has made me strong. When I first started I had a hard time getting through one 3 minutes round, but everyone at Cypress Kickboxing from the instructors to the other students gave me the encouragement and support to keep at it. The camaraderie and smaller classes make it perfect for fun, friendships, and personal attention when training. I have seen significant changes in my body’s shape and consider it my favorite thing that I do for myself!”

He goes over and explains the moves as many times as needed, corrects incorrect form to make sure you are doing it right to avoid injury.
